• 본 이벤트는 이벤트 기간 동안 실제 결제를 통해 연간 Pro 또는 Expert 플랜을 구독 중인 유저만 참여하실 수 있습니다.
• 이벤트 리워드는 본인 인증을 완료한 유저에게만 지급됩니다.
• 해외 거주자의 경우 지급 대상에서 제외됩니다.
• 해외에서 본인 인증 및 결제를 진행한 경우 굿즈 대신 동일 금액의 드림핵 코인으로 리워드가 지급됩니다.
• 이벤트 기간 동안 플랜 업그레이드로 참여하실 수 있습니다.
• 연간 플랜 구독 후 7일이 경과한 시점부터 추첨 대상자 가 됩니다. 당첨자 발표는 드림핵 SNS 계정을 통해 안내될 예정입니다.
• 이벤트 기간 중 환불 절차를 진행하거나 부정행위가 의심될 경우 리워드 지급을 보류하거나 취소할 수 있습니다.
• 리워드가 지급된 이후에는 환불받을 수 없습니다.
• 경품 지급을 위해 별도의 본인 확인이 진행될 수 있습니다.
• 이벤트에 참여한 유료 유저는 본인의 행위로 인해 발생한 모든 분쟁, 법률적 책임에 대해 본인이 책임을 지며, 드림핵은 이에 대한 손해나 책임에서 면책됩니다.
• 본 이벤트와 관련해 드림핵이 회원에게 부담하는 총 보상 금액은 해당 프로그램에 따라 지급된 보상의 범위를 초과하지 않습니다.

• Can I participate even if I’ve already subscribed?
  • Unfortunately, this campaign is limited to new annual subscribers.
  • However, you may still participate if you meet one of the following conditions:
    • Upgrading from monthly to annual subscription (Pro/Expert).
    • Upgrading from the annual Starter plan to the annual Pro/Expert plan.
    • Purchasing a new annual Pro/Expert subscription.
• Can I participate by purchasing the monthly plan?
  • No. Only users subscribed to an annual Pro or annual Expert plan are eligible for this event.
• Do I need to apply for the merch draw?
  • Nope, it’s automatic! You’ll be entered into the draw 7 days after you start your annual Pro or Expert plan.
• Can South Korean residents choose to receive Dreamhack Coins instead of the custom merchandise?
  • No. All participants residing in South Korea will receive the custom merchandise as their reward.
• Can I cancel and resubscribe multiple times to increase my chances of winning?
  • No. Entry is limited to one per user. Any attempt to abuse the system may result in immediate disqualification.
• How are the winners selected?
  • We randomly select a winner every week from users who meet the criteria. Results are posted on our socilas.

Campaign Terms

• Please note that the campaign period and reward specifications (such as model or color) may change or end early without prior notice.
• Users accessing Dreamhack through organization-sponsored memberships (e.g., company or school plans) are not eligible to participate.

• Rewards are limited to residents of South Korea only.
